I lie about almost everything. Lying is a way of life for me. Through lying I very often get what I want. I am not a bad person; I'm caring and I like to help people. I think that if I told the truth, even half the time, I would be crushed. I am where I want to be in life becuase of the stories that I make up! What do you think?

I know another person ( man ) that is a pathological liar and
pretty much fits your description perfectly..
I have known this man for about 10 yrs. and regard him as a friend.
He thinks I believe what he says and I let him...
I am careful not to allow the lies to harm me in any way but I
tolerate them because I understand that it is a mental illness..
I presume you are a very nice woman and can be a good friend
to those who understand you...It is commendable that you recognize what you are and I presume your significant other has made adjustments for it......Good girl !

You may think that you are in a great place in your life right now, but things will catch up with you. You need to do the right thing and start telling the truth. I do commend you for being so honest with your problem; that's a step in the right direction!

Lying is inheritly bad.

It is bad for you and unfair to those you lie to. You think you'll be crushed? You underestimate people. You are unfair to them.

I'm not saying everything will be perfect, but, the truth is, you aren't supposed to get everything you want in life.

You need to change your ways.

Best of luck.

How can you get to where you are by lying? Well, I'm sure many of your friends don't appreciate you lying. How can you have friends? When they can't trust you? Are are lying about this question?
God Bless and Be Safe:)

lying becomes so hard to break - because one lie leads to another lie and leads to another lie and so on..............your head must be spinning trying to remember all the lies you have told - most people probably realize you are lying & do not respect you, so how does that make you feel? you should seek intensive therapy if you want to break the cycle you are in.

The problem with lying is eventully you get caught, and then people lose their trust in you. Then no one will want to have anything to do with you.
