First, calm down! Stressing yourself is only going to make matters worse and delay your period further!
Next, are you breast feeding? If so, or have just recently stopped breast feeding, this could have something to do with it.
Are you on BC pills or any other sort of hormonal BC? If not, then there IS a slight chance that you might be pregnant. However, taking into consideration that you've taken 2 tests you're most likely safe.
Finally, sometimes, women just skip periods because they can, or because it was a full moon that month or because it was the month of their grandmother's birthday. In other words, sometimes a skipped period is just that.
Take a deep breath & test again in another week. If it's still negative, then I wouldn't worry too much. And consider getting yourself onto a reliable method of BC if you're not willing or ready to have another baby right now.

You could just be skipping a month for no reason - I know that's more common with teenagers but it happens to us older ladies, too. Like someone else said, there is no max time between periods - case in point: before I went on the pill my periods were always 7 weeks apart.
I'd wait another week or so, then test again. If it's still negative then you're probably just skipping this month. If your period doesn't come next month either, then go to the doctor to get a blood pregnancy test and maybe a full blood work up. Even then there might not be anything wrong.

There is no min and max time between periods. However, if you are stressed this usually delays it anyway. I have been so nervous before that i was pregnant that i was over a week late because i was so stressed about it! Try to keep calm and it will come. If it doesnt come within another week i suggest taking another test and if thats neg i would go to your Dr to make sure everything is OK!

I've never been pregnant, but mine will skip whole months. I have friends that skip 3 months or more. Mine didn't used to skip, that just started happening maybe in the last 2 years or so. Especially for you, so much has changed in your body lately. Stress, gaining or losing weight, change in hormones, all that can affect your period.

once you hit your 35th day ( I think that would be today for you), take another test. Or go to the Dr. if you are worried.

Normal is four weeks but it depends on many factors - age, physical condition and so on.
