Stability is key in ensuring a young female can build resilience during the developing adolesance years.A young woman needs to know that the things that are important and positve in her life are the the things that she can rely on during times of uncertainty and change.Like most females her peer group can be the most influencial and important part of discovering who she is and how she see's herself in society. If she has had positive role models who have helped instill feelings of worth, confidence and enabled her to have a voice without fear of judgement or ridicule then this can be beneficial in building good self esteem that may assist in the transision into womanhood.A developing female will inevitably run the gauntlet of emotions and will sometimes feel that the world is a scary place where no can possibly understand how she is feeling and i truly believe that the sharing of information is paramount in helping her feel that her feelings ARE important and as such should not be dismissed as trivial. There are so many important factors involved that there is no such thing as one size fits all but the following factors are important building blocks which should always be considered.A loving nurturing enviroment, free from abuse and fear.:Education and learning opportunities.:Clear and appropriate boundaries.:Access to information and services.:The right to be listened to.:Opportunity to be involved in decisions made about themselves.:Support and encouragement to achieve.:To be able to develop a sense of identity.:To support and respect their cultural, ethnic and religeous beliefs.:To be able to take calculated risks in accordance with their age and capabilities.:To be aware of their rights and the roles and responsibilities of others.: To have the oppurtunity to access help when required and support to access leisure and social facilities....I hope some of this is helpful.

Only you can choose your destiny. Don't let anyone pressure you into doing something that you don't want. Just walk away.
