Good choices.
Here's mine:
Lead singer : Robert Plant for the heavy stuff, McCartney for the love songs
Lead guitar: Hendrix
Bass: Chris Squire of Yes, or McCartney since he's already in the band, or Geezer Butler of Black sabbath
Drums: Neil Pert or Carl Palmer (Ringo if you want a steady beat and not "flash")
keyboards: Elton John or Keith Emerson
I would have a writing team of dylan/lennon/mccartney/jimmy page

If you want to become a better singer, improve your singing voice and are considering an online course I strongly recommend this site:
http://howtosing.toptips.org
I am big fan of this online singing course. You can watch a video more times until you can grasp each concept. Even if the program runs on a 10-day period, you can spend more or less, depending on your own pace. All the guides and tools included in this program are designed by professionals. This means you will learn transitions, changes and voice modification techniques like a pro! It comes with a plethora of exercises, allowing you to improve any aspect of your voice.
It definitely the best alternative to expensive lessons with vocal coaches. Try it and you'll see great results!

Lead Guitar: Rory Gallagher and Dave Gilmour or maybe Jimi?
Rhythm: James Hetfield or Jimmy Page
Bass: Jack Bruce or Bill Wyman
Drums: Ginger Baker or John Bonham
Vocals: Ozzy or Bruce Dickinson???
I realise that all the guitarists could play both rhythm or lead but it just gets too tricky when you start thinking about it!!
