if you arch your eyebrows a bit it will increase the area.
also blend your eye makeup from darker nearer your eyelashes and lighten as you go up with a white or cream just below your eyebrows. also, don't line them with a liquid liner, or very darkly as it will make the smallness of the eye stand out more.
curl your eyelashes and use some mascara it will open the eye.

you can take a liquid eyeliner and make a thin line just below your bottom eyelashes it makes your eyes appear more open and wide but make sure its very thin and close to the lashes or else it just looks weird

do a line on the top lash and smudge
do it in the inside , line the top < as well as smudge
dip it in the coner of ur eye
or smudge a lil on he edge ( the second one is what i do is hot! )

I have one when you put the eye shadow on spread it like an ark up to your eye brow.
