Condoms always have a bit left rolled up, that's normal. They make them extra long so no matter how long you are, they'll fit. Also, the rolled up part is good so that when you pull out, you have something to hold onto to keep the condom from falling off.
If you are concerned about how the condom fits you, and would like something just the right size, you can order from here:
http://www.condomania.com/
Get the TheyFit condoms. They have a size chart that you print out and use to measure yourself, and then find the size on the chart, and that's what size you should get! They're very reasonably priced, about the same as buying a box of condoms in the store, and they deliver them right to your house, in an unmarked package. No guy should have to make do with a one-size-fits-all condom, when TheyFit condoms come in 70 different sizes!

Hi luv!
Most condoms are considered "1 size fits all", except those marked "magnum" sized... And yes, no penis is exactly the same as the other, so condoms are far from being comfortable for all men!
It is normal for the bottom portion of the rubber to have unrolled portions. They (the manufacturers) always leave a bit extra on the bottom of the rubbers, either for a snugger fit ( tighter to avoid accidental removal of condom ) or in case the wearer has a slightly larger shaft. One ex BF of mine actually was able to roll the condoms all the way and he would even have extra shaft skin exposed (he was rather long!). His joke was that he was able to unroll a rubber so that he could read the expiration date!.
But don't worry luv; not all men are created equal and you shouldn't be ashamed of buying rubbers; they are a necessity in today's world!

Hey there, The average size of a guy is 5 inches or so, so don't worry about your length, your normal, and one size does not fit all (condoms, men and women alike! :o) ) There are different sizes of condoms availible, but these relate mainly to girth or thickness. I suggest you try various makes and find one that suits you, they probably all will have some bit left unrolled, that's normal, as long as you have put it on correctly you'll be fine. You've to be congratulated for thinking about safer sex! So enjoy!

The average condom totally unrolled is about 8 -9 inches, so I guess many people have the same problem.
As for the comment of " 5 inches and you still get laid" as pointed out the average size is 5 - 6 inches so there must be loads of guys not getting laid - sorry I dont usually abuse but MORON

There is always a roll left over...not many people need to unroll it all the way (if they do, I feel sorry for that girl!) As long as MR. JOHNSON is thick enough to keep it on, you're good. Hump away! If not, you may want to go to the sex store and tell the guy you're going to a bachelor party and want to "decorate with them" Ask for the biggest, smallest, most unusual...that way the clerk won't know what the deal is, and you'll get the one that works for you. Hell, you don't even have to buy it then, send your girl in for it.

A regular sized condom will do. The small amount left rolled up, in no way interferes with the functionality of the condom, nor does it interfere with either partner's pleasure from the act.

Buy regular size condoms, few guys are able to fully roll one all the way out, plus you don't want to- the rolled up part helps keep it on. As long as your shaft is fully covered, you are fine.

There is always a little roll at the bottom, as they have taken a one-size-fits-all approach to them
