1000 years later! Humans have evolved beyond all base sentiments and minor jealousies. There are no religions any where. The only religion accepted willingly by all in Humanism. No terrorism . No wars. All humans dress alike and no beards or turbans or head scarfs. The world as a whole has one Government. There is no poverty or sickness. The super-biotics laboratory has solved all problems by evolving a single pill which is answer for all problems. There is no diabetes or heart disease due to stem cell research evolving solutions. Humans have established settlements on Moon and construction activity on Mars is in full swing for further Human settlements. The epoch-making technological developments on rocket fuels has resulted in these developments. The average life span of Humans is 150 years. Sex is considered sacred and development of superior embryos has lead to men and women who are step ahead of all angels in beauty and intelligence.There are no gays. The only problem humanity is facing is the threat of aliens who have taken over planet Jupiter. Negotiations are in advanced stage for settlements. We are hopeful of Peace at last for humanity.

The Earth has been here for around 4.5 billion years, so no matter what we do it won't likely get destroyed in the next thousand ! I'd love to be around to see 3006 I'm sure the world will be fascinating. If technology keeps improving and increasing at the present rate the world should be a much better place !

Ask yourself the question how the world would have changed from 1996-2006. You'd find 3006 beyond the limits of your imagination and you might not like it at all.

For sure, there will be a new civilization after this era. for the year 2001 to 2006 natural and manmade calamities are evident. by the end of 2006 that at least three volcanoes have erupted from different locations like indonesia, philippines and italy. devastation include the trunamis and floods. war among nations. we are now on the last days of man. If man will not convert to better ways, we wont reach the technology of teleportation, contact with other beings and long life.

mankind will have created a faster way to travel. fossil fuels will be no more. we will have created colonies on mars and the moon. everyone will have mixed so much there will be no major differences between races. all the animals on the earth will be kept in zoo's and forced to reproduce. there will be great earth quakes and floods and strange new diseases. we will have found away to push the earth farther from the sun ,and know how to doge meteors. their will be only one nation (an off shoot of America) all the continents will move back together. someone will make the lightsabre and than the force will finally be discovered by my 12th generation grandson Milton the Great.
the highest level mathematics known today will be taught in the sixth grade. there will be no more wars(because everything will be under the protection of the miltonian knights) science will find a cure for all sickness but not produce it to make more money off the sick. all building will be taken off the ground and made to float. no more waste will be produced.

It will probably be an awful place, either that or we will all be dead, and the world will have (hopefully) repaired itself.

Having read some of the other answers to this question, it seems I'm not the only one who thinks this!
