i use dreamweaver and godaddy as a host i want to place a cam in my window and have a feed upload to the site.

One of the best ways to achieve this is to use Stickam. Stickam is a free web software. You sign-up for an account and then Stickam provides you with the code to copy/paste to your site. In addition to using live web cam, you can chat/video chat, show pictures/slideshows, play music, and even integrate with your mobile phone.
