It's called Identity Theft. There are some actions you MUST take IMMEDIATELY!
File a police report immediately. This proves to credit providers you were diligent, and this is a first step toward an investigation (if there ever is one).
Call the 3 national credit reporting organizations immediately to place a fraud alert on your name and Social Security number. I had never heard of doing that until advised by a bank that called to tell me an application for credit was made over the Internet in my name. The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit.
Now, here are the numbers you always need to contact
1.)Equifax: 1-800-525-6285
2.)Experian (formerly TRW): 1-888-397-3742
3.)Trans Union: 1-800-680-7289
4.)Social Security Administration (fraud line): 1-800-269-0271

1st off, contact TWX music and find out as much info as possible. you may get the name and address of the person who made this purchase.
then contact the authorities.
but do not forget to contact the cc company and let them know that so and so is using your cards. they will cancel them and reissue you new ones.
move quickly, so you don't have a crap load of other charges that you did not authorize.
we had a girl clear across the country buy airline tickets and a rental car, with our acct, but because she couldn't provide a picture id showing our name, and because we acted quickly, she didn't use the tickets and we were not charged. had we not acted quickly and she come up with the correct id, we would have been charged.
good luck.

Yes, someone very close to me had this happen to them, some behind you or somebody must have used their cell phone to take a picture of your credit card number and claim it as their own, I suggest you call the bank. That's just not right what that person did!
Hope this helps!

So, what do you want us to do? Why aren't you on the phone to your credit card people? It happens often enough - you have to really keep a close eye on your stuff.

Report it to your credit card company as fraud. I have not had this particular charge, but this doesn't surprise me. Many people never check their credit card bills.
