One reason, lack of substitute of Sehwag. On a given day Sehwag can blast the opposition like anything. Once a suitable blaster is noticed, Sehwag would be gone.
Till then: What can not be cured must be endured.

even as between the selector, Venkatapathi Raju had made a actuality only earlier to the commencement of ODI sequence hostile to Bangladesh that Sehwag will lead the crew in Dravid replaced into unfir, it replaced into his personal opinion and replaced into not an authentic decision. He has been pulled up through BCCI for giving such comments. on your variety suggestion, Virender Sehwag has not been appointed as Vice Captain. really there is no Vice Captain at modern-day.

beats me.....
sehwag plays wid such a careless attitude
he keeps on getting out playin horrendous shots n
then on some dead-as-dodo sub-continent tracks wher
d bowlers r sitting ducks or lambs waitin 2 b slaughtered
n given a few lives he makes a few runs
wch assures him a pls 4 d entire year......
ditto yuvraj!!
i think d only reason sehwag is in d side is bcoz
he looks like tendulkar when he's batting
n has some good contacts on d selection panel
n has lots of comapnies who hav invested lots of money on
him n cannot c him sitting outside
i feel these companies mite actually b payin selectors some
big amnt 2 keep dis jerk in d side........

hi ganguly !!!!
If shewag is flop, whom you will say good ? Indian selectors shown their faith on him because of they can not choose out many players from the team at a time, bad luck for Sourav,Laxman
Like Sourav Ganguly, Shewag is out of form.He got better luck than Ganguly. No doubt he is one of good batsman in International cricket. He is the only Indian who scored above 300 runs in a test match. (309, against pakistan in Multan). He is out of form, nowdays. I think he should be rotated with other openers for few matches !!!!!

Sehwag is not a flopped batsman. He is one of the best openers. When he's on the field, regardless of what he scores, it's scored quickly.

One should remember that Shewag was instrumental in India winning many matches. Of late he is passing through a bad phase in form. A player of the calibre of Shewag cannot be dropped just because he has failed in few matches. He should be given some more opportunities to regain his form in the interest of Indian Team

look my friend. sehwag is such a kind of player who does not requires any good form to hit the ball. if his luck is good he clicks in.otherwise he is out. but till he is at the crese he is a nightmare for the bowler. so he must be given more chance(given that we dont find a good opener like him) as he is a match winner not only by batting but also by his bowling.

There is a proverb it translates something like this
Telugu version - Kaki pilla kakiki muddu
English version - birds of a feather flock together
this means non-performers encourage more non-performers.....and create a bunch of @@holes

tell me then on whom they shud show faith??
is dravid,sachin,yuvraj, is in form.
it seems they just play to secure their place in team.if they score some run in one match then their bat will get silent for next some matches.
so they r keepin trust on sewag coz u also know when this man fires he needs no one to score.
one thing more they shud really bring back ganguly.
