It really depends on your interests, who is teaching the course, and the genre of literature or philosophy covered. Having said all that, I think I'd take literature.

I could decide on Literature, it is plenty extra amusing. Philosophy does not quite coach you so much approximately Philosophy-- it is extra only a direction on "how one can suppose just like the professor". Literature then again places the complete universe of phrases at your disposal. Read philosophy for leisure or to be ready to speak about with peers. Having to take a category in it kills the entire pleasure.
