I had to put my thinking cap on for this one but I believe I have come up with a good answer. The most Unique Restaurant in the US to me would be in Provincetown.PA. Here is the name of the place.

When I was in Ft. Lauderdale Fl back in 92 we ate at a restaurant called The Caves. To be honest, I can't remember the quality of the food but the setting was very interesting. You have a private booth in your own little cave. The service staff is dressed in caveman/woman garb and the menu is written on what looks like a stretched piece of hide and is hung in the entrance to your "cave". It was very cute. I googled it and it has since been torn down and replaced with a strip mall.

I would say that spanky's in Va. was the most unique. They have fun names for the food, pictures of celeb's and they let people write on the tables and walls. You get to leave a memory while you make one. Plus they mix some very good drinks at the bar ;)

The most unique one I've been to is in Myrtle Beach, SC. It's called Midevil Times. You sit and eat in an arena while knights joust each other. It's great!
