if it is a 4.3 v6, yes. any other engine, no, although they have kits that will make it work.

It would depend on what size engine your S10 had in it.. There are kits to convert them to a larger engine wth a ton more power for not much money... If I were going to swap engines I'd go with a small block 350 (5.7 litre) engine.. You'll love the horsepower gain but not the gas mileage..

you can put a small block chevy into a blazer, I have seen and read lots of articles in Hot Rod magazine, and there are companys that even sell kits to accomplish this , although I think you are talking in the 1500.00 dollar range. I would research this project before I would comit to it though. This is not a weekend project from what I have read
