RonnieJames Dio for me. I think that his lyrics were more imaginative and had the best singing voice, he blew the socks off Black Sabbath.
They were all good singers and they all contributed something to one of the best bands ever, shame that Ronnie James Dio doesnt sing with them anymore...

Bonnet, no doubt. He wins on the back of I Surrender alone.

He never really looked the part (and in those days it mattered) but the voice was spot on.
