MAPP members consist of Police Community Protection Officers,Probation Officers and Social Workers.
This is a local committee set up to keep an eye on serious offenders let back into the community.
Some people think they are there just to monitor Sex Offenders,this is not so they are there to monitor all high risk offenders who have been released from prison.
