OK, first, NEVER take anything you can't identify, obviously. But, if you really feel you need to know, try the link below, which is a "Pill Identification Wizard" site.

Get the Pill Book. It has colour photos and other id info. Also, you could take this to a pharmacy and ask them. Don't worry about them calling the police. They don't have time for that, and it would not be in their best interest to do so. Or you could just take it to the police. But I think the pharmacy would be a better bet, unless you have a really good policeman or detective, who takes the time to figure these things out.

All I could find it is not a regular medication. It is probably an illegal drug.It is better to throw it away,than chance
any harm coming to you. If you have to know take it to a pharmacy.One who you know and will keep it confidental.

No idea.
DON'T put it in your (or any body else's-dog included-)mouth. Don't flush it down the toilet either.
Take it to a pharmacist, he'll know what it is and how to safely dispose it if need be.

Does the "P" have an underscore, or an upside down triangle or a diamond shape around it?

how big?
try going to a library/book store with a drug reference book, they have inserts with photos of tons of rx's maybe youll find a picture of the drug in there
