Terrorist only get the upper hand with people that fear them and will negotiate with them and give in to their demands. The dems are not going to fight fire with fire but instead they will try to be politically correct. Clinton took that approach during his term and in my opinion that lead to 9/11(the USS Cole, Marine Barracks bombing etc). I know that lots of people think that Bush has been cruel to the extremest in Abu Graba and Cuba but the people we are dealing with should not be afforded the rights of the Geneva Convention as they do not recognize it as being Valid nor do they meet the "uniformed solder" description.
