I agree with Amanda H.
Most banks will not finance not for profit ventures since by their very nature they are not in it to make money. Your best bet is to try and get a local grant, secure individual or coprorate donors/sponsors or open a satellite for an existing similar charitable organization.
Start with you chamber of commerce and see if they have any infor on similar ventures....

Great idea! These two organizations finance the lion's share of farm real estate in the country. Local country banks are also a good bet. They all do want sound financial projections and sufficient cash flow to successfully operate a farm business. But where there is a will, there is a way! Good luck!

Organizations like that are not in it for the profit-- typically they are non-profit. You'd be better off seeking donations and getting approved as a 501 (3) c than getting a bussiness type loan.
