There is no published account of Hitler having syphilis. In fact, he seemed to be pretty asexual. His relationship with Eva Braun was platonic for the most part from what I've read. I think he was just crazy.

I am rather well read on the subject and I have never seen a documented essay on Hitler having Syphilis. He was a rather prude man and Eva was his love. He was not a man swayed by women. Read John Tolands book on Hitler for a full understanding on him. Best Bio of him I have yet found.
