First, you tried a monitor from another PC and got the same results. Next you need to try plugging your monitor into a PC that is working.
I think the problem is with your video card. When you disconnected your monitor from your PC to move it, you may have disturbed the connection between your video card and your motherboard.
To fix
Unplug your PC.
Disconnect your monitor from the PC.
Remove the PC case cover.
IMPORTANT: Touch any metal part of the PC case to ground yourself.
Remove and reinstall the video card. Be careful not to disturb any of the components on the video card.
Reassemble the PC and give it a try.

there may well be a plug on the back of the motherboard for monitor as well as maybe one on the back of a graphics card in the back too. motherboards do sometimes come with on board graphics which means if that has been disabled and a graphics card install instead then you WILL have two plugs on the back. there should only be two the same so try plugging into the other one..... easy mistake to make don't feel bad. hope this helps.

Your video card might not be well plugged. Also try to use the monitor without connecting it to the PC, it should show a "NO SIGNAL" message, if it works.

You are probably getting a boot log instead of a safe mode option screen. Try pressing F8 once again when you get the boot log even though F8 doesn't appear to be an option. This should take you to the safe mode option screen.

It concerns what style of beep you heard. If its one or 2 speedy short beeps and your computing device works superb, it extremely is led to via the potential ON SELF try. if it extremely is the case dont difficulty and be happy. yet now of its a team of long beeps and your computing device isnt workin then its your RAM thats tousled. yet while its short and long beeps, you like new a VGA Card. in case you gety ill and tired of that one beep that tells you each element is great, take out the small speaker modern-day on your computing device case.(nevertheless I dont recommend you to try this.)

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
