I want to get some in there to use as avatar.
they are properly formatted,
but only the file path shows up, no pic.
I am taking them from "My Pictures"
or trying to!

I said to find only jpeg, so they should be!

Gotta set the one you want as your primary 360 pic. Then in your answers profile, select "Use my 360 pic" option. Then it will show up.
To get the pics for the avatars, you have to upload them from the lefthand side of the screen in your 360 profile (you know, where your name is). There should be a place to click to add more pictures there.
