What about semantics?

semantics is words used to describe things.
often two people will describe the same thing using different words and say "it's just a semantics difference" meaning not a real difference of opinion or viewpoint, just a difference in how it is described by words.

examples:
one person might say "needy" and another might say "clingy" to describe the same behavior.

one person might say "strong" and another say "overbearing" and really mean the same thing.

one person might say "weak" and another say "helpless" to indicate the same characteristics.
