I work for a large European company. I like dealing with people from different cultures and travelling. I also like the 30 days paid holiday, and this alone is a reason to never work for an American company again.
If I were to switch, I might go for less pay, but 30 days vacation is a must.

I Love my job! I've been here 9yrs now. I manage a staffing agency. Trust me coming into this line of work i had no idea what to expect. And even now i never know what to expect due to dealing with people that can always throw a curve your way. I deal with the only product that can jump off the truck before it get there. I like my job mostly because all the people that i work with are fun. We jokes all day long even when times are heard and they can be when you get yelled at for something that you had no control over like someone not making it to work and such. Yes of course i would like more pay yet wouldn't anyone. Yes I work lots O hours yet sometimes that is a sign that your work is a rush. Which I feel mine is. If your looking for work in the Lansing Michigan area Hit me up!!!!!! Hope I helped... By the way! Smile safe !!! Life is all around you!

Iam my boss and I own my job- an art studio. What do I like? Well, I just finished a 40 foot mual in a poorer area of our county with a group of 64 polite, excited and thankful 6th graders- who gave me a plaque making me an honorary school member- what's not to like? I don't make tons of money-its kind of like wanting to be a rock-n-roll star, but when someone pays you for your paintings- and I've sold worldwide- its the best! I'd trade that for big money any day. Then again, I have a great husband with an ******boss who is violent and a company HR that does nothing- but a good working group.

I've had lots of jobs in the past and my current one is the best because I am self employed. I figured out what I can do and began offering it through websites. I highly recommend it. The boss wastes a little too much time on Yahoo Answers though :P

My job is very boring. It doesn't challenge me so i spend a lot of time on Yahoo! Oh, and I work for the VA so my boss is kinda George W, and I hate him, so my boss sucks. Say what you want about him, but i see the pain and suffering of vets from Afghanistan and Iraq every day, in fact, i am one of the vets from Iraq, with nerve damage from a bullet, and i feel justified in hating him.

I like money and i want a flexible schedule.
I want freedom. I want decisions from management that
make sense from my point of view. I want good admin support
and paychecks on time etc. I want clear expectations. I want respectful treatment. I am fine with my job. No problems.
I would like a larger office (i am in a 6x7 cubicle)
