ok i just have to know this, first off does anyone here know about CUNY colleges?

ok, why is Lehman college the worst kept college out of all the other colleges within CUNY, their ceilings are ugly and it looks like they need a lot of renovations, what is up with them?
their campus is pretty but the inside of the buildings are ugly.

I have no clue. Maybe they focus their budget on different things?
