Open up a folder/window
In the address bar type...

ftp://< username> : @ ftpurl

You should connect to the FTP server and be able to upload and download files.

hmm, I guess You need to run a ftp server on your Windows 2003.
For that first you would need to download a free ftp server application like Gozilla! (Free) and then easy configuration to be done to complete installation.Make sure you have your ftp port forwarded in case you are using a router or a xDSL modem . And there you go your ftp server is working.

Try on command prompt: ftp 127.0.0.1 .. It should connect back to your ftp server provided you allowed anonymous logins or u would need to login manually
