That movie pissed me off! I hated the way it ended...my husband hated the whole thing. It could have been so much better.....why did they have to end it like that!???

I loved it! Blockbuster film in my opinion! Superb cast/acting! The ending was great because not many end that way. (Sorry, I could say more, but I don't want to spoil it for people that didn't see it yet as they might have stumbled upon your question.)

I think it isn't better than the original, which was 3 movies long. There were a lot of stuff that could've made the story better, and they sacrificed a lot of the important details.
The ending was very apt, since good still triumphs over evil. haha.

I liked it. It is true to the original Chinese story. The ending was good. It was a good story, well acted, and had something most movies are missing these days, 'texture' and depth.

it was quite a good remake of the original, infernal affairs which is the first of a trilogy. i would recommend seeing this and making your own comparison.

well its a gripping and exciting movie... martin is at its best... i think its his better one after goodfellas... the performances are grt... casting is superb... plot is very fresh.... way to go for oscars...
