If you do get shoes a half size bigger to accomodate the larger foot, you can add some padding to the smaller shoe to make it fit.
If that's not a viable option, consider taking your shoes to a shoe repair place and see if they can stretch out the shoe slightly for the bigger foot. This will work better for natural leather than for synthetics.
You can also buy shoe stretchers that fit into your shoes while you're not wearing them...they also have add-on bumps to stretch the shoe out in particular areas that put pressure on certain parts of your foot.

You should look for shoes that are made out of leather. Leather tends to give more than synthetic materials do. Also, maybe you should buy the bigger size and put tissues in the smaller footed shoe. That will make your larger foot more comfortable and your smaller foot will still be fine.

You can buy pads which you can put in the shoe which feels the loosest. You may want to think about going up half a shoe size if the problem is simply that one shoe feels too tight, but again, don't forget those pads!

buy a half size bigger, then use padding to make the right foot fit better in the left shoe. they have special-made shoe pads at drugstores. try dr. shole's (sp?)

buy a half size bigger and buy soles to put in the bottom so they wont be too big, if its too tight with that, you can only use the right foot sole.
