they are freckles/sunspots/small pigmentation marks.
most skin lighteners on the market over the counter are weak and contain natural ingredients that are nice marketing talk, but not so effective at lightening. it takes months to see a subtle difference. If there were anything stronger on the market, the FDA would not approve due to potential abuse and burning.
Hydroquinone is approved for skin lightening but i find that it too, takes a while.
The fastest approach is laser. Ask your derm. A quick zap (painless if they apply anesthetic cream); the spots get darker and crust up, and in 4-5 days, they fall off like a thin scab, and you're left with porcelain skin. It's pricey but worth it if you want quick results. ask your parents to find you a good doc and research this on the web to find a reputable place. Don't go to a beauty salon---you need to find a doctor that is professional.

It could be a mole. Is it something that just occured or has it always been there? Maybe a change in your eating habits and drinking water will help.

Use shablem its really good and you can also do bleach once in a month.It wud lighten spots.

first of all i would like to know the reason ..how did u get the spots...from childhood did u had it or...recently they appeared....do specify your age too so that i can suggest you the right remedy...hoping of a reply soon...an ayurvedic treatment can help..

if u have access to kaya clinic.. try them out.. they are a little expensive but can do wonders... dont try out treatment of the shelf... make sure u use branded stuff and ayurvedis...

if it is a freckle, you can use lemon juice to lighten it up. takes a few weeks though. if it scares you, go see a derm. doctor
