As governed under Part X of Contract Act 1950, Section 135:

Agent : a person employed to do any act for another or to represent another in dealings with third persons
Principal : the person to whom such act is done or who is so represented

Section 136:

the Principal must be :
i. 18 years / above
ii. sound mind

Section 137:

Agent can be anybody. But if under 18 and unsound mind : agent is not liable to the principal

The agent of what?? FBI Agent? The Principal of what? High school principal?? Be more specific.
