My lock is an ABUS D-lock with a secure rating of gold, so it is a tough lock. My bike is located at St Johns Wood, London - so I would need the handyman to travel there.

Have you tried contacting the police or the local council? they must know people who can do it as they can't have bikes chained up for years.

Is there a fire brigade house nearby? They could free you in an instant with hydraulic cutters

cheaper to go to "hire shop" hire bolt cutter, cut chain
