The answer is yes, but it's not likely.
She has her Magic Lasso and Superman has no defense against that, since Magic & Kryptonite are his big weaknesses. If she gets that around him, the fight is over. But she's not likely to pull that off, since Superman knows that's what she has to do. She won't beat him a straight knowndown, dragout brawl.
Supergirl is also more powerful than Wonder Woman (and int he latest comics she's even stronger than Superman right now), but WW has way more experience in battle (and the wisdom of Athena) so she'd probably find a way to outsmart Supergirl and win.

Pretty good question, actually. Superman's obviously the strongest character in the DC universe, but according to writer John Byrne, Wonder Woman is supposed to be #2 (though that's somewhat debatable). Also, don't forget that Wonder Woman is an Amazonian warrior who's trained for thousands of years, while Supes is just a muscle-bound guy from Smallville who sees violence as a last resort. Wonder Woman also has that unbreakable magic lasso (Superman is vulnerable to magic), invisible plane, and is willing to kill, like when she snapped Maxwell Lord's neck in "Infinite Crisis".
Still, I would say Superman wins, though it's not a landslide like everyone thinks it is. (And Supergirl has no chance at all against either one.)

Probably neither. Unless she has some Kyrptonite. I love Wonder Woman just as much as the rest of us but unlike Superman or Supergirl, she isn't involnerable.

Hmmmm I like Wonder woman alot more than supergirl. But, if you judge by special abilities and powers, the super people have a greater advantage.

Not now or ever wonder woman could beat superman! even though he is faster that a speeding bullet, but weaker than a small rock!

Wonder Woman is strong, but Superman once moved the planet, she isn't THAT strong.
