The swivel hooks are sewn on the end of the leash and attach the leash to the collar. I can't find any!!

Thanks for all the answers...but I guess I neglected to tell you I want the hook to only be 2" long...I can find the bigger ones, but can't seem to find the small ones.

another good place is at a farm store if there are any in your area
