im 15 weeks along with twins. My boyfriend whos 19 does everything he can to calm me and helpme relax. I am so tired. I feel horrible. My back hurts, my boobs hurt, my stomach hurts., evrything hurts. How can i relax better or feel better?

When i was pregnant with my twins, I felt the exact same way. A time - out from everything was very helpful, simply just relaxing and getting away from everything or everyone if need be it will calm you down and clear your head. Take a nice hot bath, pop in your favourite movie, relax and watch it you'll find during that time you'll forget about the pain. Pregnancy can be a rough road but at the end you'll have your two beautiful babies, Congratulations and good luck

OOOh girl I have been there I have fraternal twins who are now 8. What helps is laying on your left side with a big cup of cold water have your boyfriend get 2 tennis balls and rub them up and down and in a circle on your back it will relieve a whole lot of pressure. One thing with being pregnant with twins you must drink alot of water or you are going to hurt. If your doctors has not told you yet you should be drink at least a gallon of water a day. Also try having him massage your feet.

I ached really bad in the beginning. Warm baths were really soothing for me. I'm not a bath person but it helped me relax, especially because I felt weightless in the water. I still get up in the middle of the night to take baths if I'm feeling achy or edgy.

well i am not pregnant w/ twins but i am 36 weeks pregnant...things i have tried:

warm baths
stretching
eat smaller meals more frequently instead of large meals
walking and all sometimes helps also...sounds like the last thing you want to do..but really it helps your body relax when you do sit down
prop you legs up
sleep with lots of pillows

these are just some things off the top of my head...hang in there...time goes fast i promis...i feel like i just found out i was pregnant and i am due in 4 weeks lol...Best Wishes!

take a hot bubblebath with candles, relaxing music and try PMR (preogressive muscle relaxaction, health insurances usually pay for it)
