Strength comes from within. The "hell", or ANY situations that come to you, will do so on their own.-The choices you make from these circumstances are only relative to your strength, as the meaning of the word strength, just like "hell", itself is, from one person to the next, very different.

The key to learning and becoming stronger is not to deliberately seek out hell and pain. Pain should not be an end in itself as you will learn nothing but how to cope with pain - for no good reason! If you carve out a path for yourself that incidentally involves pain and struggle and you have to overcome it to achieve your goals, that will lead to growth and strength. You need a positive goal to work towards and I'm sure you can find quite a few that are ambitious and full of danger. Just don't seek pain for its own sake. There is no point.

I think life is hard enough as it is. You should be kind to yourself and your family, because you can be assured that no one else in this world will.
