Well, if you want it free then you'll have to search quite a lot for a good quality. You can use Bear Share, LimeWire, eMule, and other clients for that.
If you are willing to pay for it (not .99c a song, of course), then try http://allofmp3.com - you can buy and download a high quality CD for only $1 - $1.50! I love that website! :)

limewire is ok the bad you have to download or look for every song, i use utorrent and i search for whaterver artist your lookinh for, (example) eminem discography it will show up with numerous files that peers have and in most cases every albulm they have , i downloaded 52 albulms in icp discography all in one file and i have over 700 albulms and one more thing you need peerguardian also just look it up it works awsome it keeps sites out that are trying to access your computer you can deny or allow certin ones you want
