No one person or group or a community could progress if they don't learn to forgive. There have been lots of sinners in the history. We just have to forgive some and move on. Nelson Mandela was incarcerated by the evil British for decades, when he got out people gave him all the power. But he chose the best way to progress is not to retaliate. I'm not saying to be subservient or a slave, speak up, stand up, fight for rights. But don't go digging up just to punish someone.

I don't see it as a hate problem here. I can see frustration and aggravation going on all the time. This is occurring, in my opinion, because the past sins of our forefathers is constantly being brought up. Jeez, get over it. I am not to blame for anything other than the things I personally have done. I don't owe anyone anything. We are all equal. Another big problem that is happening is this: NAACP-Black College Fund-Ms Black America-those aren't considered racial-now let me see if I can get this straight, these groups help only a certain race and yet that's okay? I don't think racial tensions are going to ever be eased until all people face the fact that being pro black doesn't have to mean anti white and pro white doesn't have to be anti black. It's true that there are groups on both sides who may mean to be against the other races, but it doesn't have to be that way. Deny someone something because of their race is considered being prejudiced, but giving someone something because of their race isn't???????????
It way past time to just get along and accept our differences-for all races........

I don't hate black people. I hate people who set themselves apart from society and yet want to be included equally into that society at the same time. I hate people who blame others for their own failures. I hate the hypocrisy.

Either BE a part of our society or stop bitching about not being a part of it. Speak proper english, value your education and get into the trenches with the rest of us and make a pile of money.

I don't care what color you are...and you shouldn't either. When you start making distinctions based on your color, you only feed the bigotry of others. If you're being treated unfairly, say so. Don't assign a cause or reason, just say so.

I've been treated unfairly and I didn't cry about my heritage, I made a stink about the treatment I was receiving. MY heritage is irrelevant. The REASON I was ill-treated is irrelevant. Address the act, not the perceived reason for the act. Your color or religion is incidental not instumental.

I firmly believe that all humans should be judged on their actions and nothing else.

Why do you think white people hate black people is a better question! I am white and I hate no one. I cannot say that I like everyone but if I do dislike someone, it has nothing to do with their skin color, religious beliefs, or any other such nonsense. It strictly has to do with parts of their personality that I find undesirable. If someone does dislike another based on their skin color I would say that there is something wrong with them, not you or anyone else of your same race. They are the ones who have some deep seeded, unhealthy issues to deal with and take it out on others instead of dealing with themselves and fixing it.

I don't hate any particular group. Really.

I am offended when other races say to me (or anyone) why do white people hate us?

I dont' know why it happens, but I actually read that other races actually do not trust white women co-workers (working mother magazine)

I don't think I've ever said or done anything that would indicate that I hated or disliked black people, or any other people.

First off I treat all AmerICans citizens equal. I don't hate any one bec. of race. That's is wrong! I'm white and native American. I've actually seen more blacks hate whites bec there white . (LOL)I've actually been called racial names just for being white waiting at a traffic light in FL. I would try really hard to forgive or keep a journal as stress reliever. Remember hate will only get you so far

Honey---they don't!

Who has been filling your mind with hate rhetoric and why have you been buying into it?

Any intelligent person decides on an individual basis about the worth of a person. They decide by observing how a person conducts themselves, honorable? or not honorable. That's it, skin color is nothing, it is how a person uses the good brain given by God!
