A couple days ago I saw an interview with Kiefer and I could swear that few times he looked like Ewan McGregor!
So my question is: If he could play Obi Wan Kenobi instead of Ewan, do you think Kiefer would be a good on screen Jedi?? I kinda like the idea :) What do you think?

Even though Ewan McGregor isn't British, I think he sounds more like a young Obi-Wan (more specifically Alec Guiness) than Kiefer would. There are lines that Ewan spoke where he actually sounded like Alec/Obi-Wan. I would have preferred Kiefer play Jar-Jar Binks, maybe then the character wouldn't have sucked!

Nothing against Kiefer, but I cant picture him as a Jedi. He's a terrific actor, but Jedi Knights are supposed to be serene for the most part. I'm picturing him screaming ala Jack Bauer and it isnt working

no not really....Ewan has a "moxie" that Kiefer doesn't have....not to mention the accent .....He'd be best with a Mace Windu type of Jedi not Obi-Wan

Kiefer is the hottest guy like ever, he could do whatever he wants and i would love love it even as a Jedi!

He certainly has the talent to do a good job of it. A good actor can make any role a great one look at Kevin Spacey.
