I have a friend who refuses to talk to me because I believe in Gay rights. We are both Christians and straight, but she calls me a half Christian. What should I do in this situation

Remain Christian.
Keep your beliefs.
Question your friends friendship.
Honey, if she beliefs you are WRONG for that. Then she is also "half christian". Because as a Christian, you are taught a sin is a sin. Regardless. Isn't it a sin to cast judgment on someone else?

First of all I would have to say Kudos on beliving in Gay Rights and being a Christian. Second I would say that you should step up and be the bigger person, your a full christian, tell her that in the bible it says "Love Bears ALL Things". And you can even get her a bible to prove it. How she is talking about you is not Christian and if she continues say "Look Im sorry but how you are treating me is not how Jesus would inted it so Im going to have to let you go as a friend, and Ill miss you but I have no room in my life for negativity".

You need to agree to disagree. First she has no place to question your Christianity! Only God Himself has the authority to do that. Second of all, she is clearly not a true friend if she is so quick to judge your opinions and beliefs and be so childish as to not speak to you because of this. Agree to disagree and be done with it or else wipe your hands of this fool! She's not worth your time.

Think of the people Jesus chose to side with. You know if he were here today he would be all about being kind to the gay. Tell your friend she needs to go read a little more new testament.
Not so sure he would approve of gay marriage though.
