‘Emo’ stands for Emotional.
Now, when someone is called an ‘Emo’, that means this person is usually someone that is VERY self-centered. When I say self-centered, I don’t mean the person thinks they are ‘all that and a bag of chips’…the ‘emo’ thinks EVERYTHING happens to them…and usually their favorite line is ‘Poor me!’

abbreviation for emotional. like emo music is usually about how the guy wants to kill himself or about how is girlfriend left him. it's all sad stuff.

Someone who likes to listen to music about dying,depression,heatache,cuttin,bleeding. Someone who makes problems for themselves, more than likely shops at Hot Topic - then trys to say theyre non conformist, and get overly upset over things that people say.
