Looks like it's failing to get an IP address from DHCP server from your ISP or from router if connected to router. Try restarting the router once and see.

Usually if it is a problem with the Router the connection says it is connected, but you are unable to access the internet. It is not the situation you are describing. This situation has a problem with the connection obtaining the IP Adress and establishing the connection between the modem or router and your computer(s). As you are not Wireless but Wired, my first step would be checking each of my cables and see if they have wiggled loose causing the connection to go down. If this were not the case I would then attempt a reset of my Router or Modem or both, and If that were not the case I would then contact my ISP and see if there is anything going on with their equipment and use their tech support to help me narrow down the problem. If they finally say you need to contact the manufacturer of the Router (if you have one) then that is my next step, calling the technical support of my Router.

Good luck and I hope you get your connectivity problem fixed soon, have a nice day.

sometime it happens that the bad weather effects more in wireless communication or the vi fi network might have placed a firewall which is resisting you or their server might be down.
