many sites exist to try and locate someone. An additional one is www.anywho.com
This site also has a reverse lookup directory if you have a phone number and want to see if the address is on file.
THis only works for published (listed) names and numbers however. Unlisted (private numbers/addresses don't usually show)

If the person has a land line phone, you can go to www.whitepages.com. fill in name and city and state. That will then give you the person's address and telephone #. If the person has a unlisted phone or does not want to list his address, you are out of luck.
