Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to make your eggs of higher quality. Your body will produce the eggs and the doctor will fertilize the best candidates. Good Luck with your cycle!!!

Stay off the alcohol eat healthy and relax easier said than done

You cant. the doctor takes them.

Genetics are genetics, you cant change that.

However staying in good health will be useful for when the pregnancy takes hold, and after the baby is born.
