of course you can, however i think leo's birthstone id ruby (at lest the ones in july are) and its sposd 2 make u feel empowered or summit, u kno, make u stand out....but other than thaty you can wear anything you like!

Of course they can. I always wear different stones. If you were limited only to your birthstone then why would everyone be wearng diamonds?

You can wear any stone you want. My birthstone is aquamarine but I have an opal ring that I love.
