Nope, I don't have that problem. I sit in a cube where I can see everyone coming out of the corner of my eye. That way I have enough time to minimize this window..heh.

Yeah i do but a small hand held mirror at your desk will take care of that. Just sit it at an angle so you can see who is coming.
