Yes, I am aware. If any one was ever quilty of war crimes it's Donald Rumsfeld. Six hundred thousand dead all because he thought he knew what he was doing.

Your English is appalling, yet i imagine I understand what you're asking. It replaced into not a "warfare Crime" because it replaced into by no potential presented formerly any court, and replaced into not considered so on the time. It replaced into "strategic bombing", and hence valid. The Nuremberg Trials were presented, as are the circumstances contained in the Hague on the prompt regarding Bosnia, as being "Crimes adverse to Humanity", it really is very concentrated on a race or faith with the object of exterminating them. The raids on Germany were in retaliation for the German bombing raids on Britain, and so were considered justified. I observe that you probably did not instruct the yank firebombing raids on eastern cities, the position the individuals deliberately used incendiary bombs because eastern residences (not factories) were outfitted from timber and paper and hence might want to burn more effective than if severe explosives were used. Or the Atomic Bombs, that were used without know-how finished consequences of radiation besides the undeniable fact that the individuals KNEW there have been consequences. How come you're so anti-British? warfare is warfare. do not attempt to placed 21st century morals onto a mid-twentieth issue.

My actions throughout my entire life have always come with consequences. Why should it be any different for Bush or anyone else involved. I`m not going to sit here and say they are quilty because I do not and am not going to pretent I know "the rules of war"and what they were legally allowed to get by with, But at the very least I do think they should be investagated.

Without expressing an opinion about Mr. Rumsfeld's guilt or innocence, let me say this...
Even if the courts in Germany or any other country were to try him in absentia, convict, and sentence him, he will never be
extradited to serve the term imposed. It is a waste of time.

Actually, Bush cut of ALL aid to any country unless they agreed they would never vote against him for war crimes, sad but true. Its called the bilateral immunity agreement (BIA) with Washington to shield U.S. nationals and Polititians from the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for War Crimes against humanity.

It is bogus. There was no violation of any Geneva convention regarding the treatment of these illegal combatants.
This is just stupidity, and for German courts to allow suits where they have no jurisdiction is the height of folly.
It is especially sad that that contemptuous and incompetent lady general, who failed to take responsibility for the failures of her command at Abu Ghraib, would consent to be a witness against the US. She must have an ax to grind for having been made accountable for her failure.

What a waste of time. Maybe Germany should be spending it's time trying to get the terrorists, instead of spending their time trying to do something that won't help the world become a better place.
