this is a REALLY cool site, not sure how much it will help you though, but it is great for showing you the size differences between cells etc

plus it has a really good red blood cell jigsaw (im such a big geeky kid : P)

btw im doing biology at uni so if you were stuck with some bits i could maybe help you.

These should rock your boat -

http://www.bbc.co.uk/education/asguru/biology/04genesgenetics/04geneticcode/01geneticengineering/index.shtml

http://www.dnai.org/lesson/go/5042/

http://www.bbc.co.uk/education/asguru/biology/04genesgenetics/index.shtml

I think the last two links have the most information. Have a look and then decide if I get an A+

This may help somewhat, if not the article itself, the external links at the bottom may:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNA_replication
And:
http://www.mrothery.co.uk/
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genetic_engineering
