You certainly do need a secretary as you can't even spell vitae!

The easiest way is to go to an employment agency and tell them you need a secretary. They take I think 10 percent of the salary you intend to pay but this is the going rate. You could always advertise in the Evening Standard but I did this once (I'm an office manager) and got a load of rubbish from doing this. The other option is to subscribe to one of the online ones such as stepping stone, workthing or monster. However I find that the best secretaries will usually just sign on with an agency who will find them work quicker. You can expect to pay between £20,000 to £29,000 pa for a secretary depending on role.
