The most obvious answer is Owen Hargreaves. He has had a slow start to the season in Germany and an injury which has seen Bayern cover effectively. So he is the number one target and most likely to sign.
Torres will not happen They were willing to sell but Torres didn't want to move. Besides I think United will be happy with the cover upfront. It would mostly be midfield that requires cover with Carrick so far being weak replacement for Roy Keane

I think they will sign Owen Hargereaves from Bayern munich and definitely a striker fernando torres would be good as they need another good striker. Also Rossi will return from his loan at Newcastle which is exciting as he is playing well.
