Rampant materialism, homosexuality, porn, child abuse, violence in media -- and all the things you always say the Democrats are responsible for in our society. Are the muslims onto something we miss because we're so embroiled in the system?

The USA won't mind our own business. The arabs see the USA as imperialist hell bent on destroying them.

The US needs to do some good PR and change the situation.

I really don't know who is worse Muslims or you Dems, The Muslims cut off hostages heads, they torture people who have been kidnapped, and you think they are right in calling America the great Satan. I hope you and the other Libs are some day faced with the very people you are supporting and they will show you who the Satan is. Excuse me, but this obviously is coming from someone who has no clue what goes on in those countries which are controlled by Islam.

That is the great judge, how does Islam effect how their country is run? Well, they seem to have no mercy for killing infidels, they will hold them down and saw their heads off with a kitchen knife, they bury women halfway in the ground and stone them to death, just like back in good ol' biblical days, MOST homes are said to have some form of child abuse in the middle east....
Women are considered whores willling to run at any given chance and men are assumed to all be rapists; this is why women are kept at home and told to cover their heads, or cover their entire body, sometimes including their face. If they are suspected of fornication, adultery, it is pretty much condoned to kill them, by their OWN family! honor killings....
So if it's OK to kill your own daughter, and many do, what exactly does THAT say about those people?

Oh and the mass murder, the strapping bombs to their OWN children, again..
I can go on and on....

Thank goodness there's no violence or child abuse in any Muslim country done by any Muslim anywhere!

Just think about it. We have violence on TV and some child abuse and we're 'evil'? What does that make them when they blow up children into shreds?

i believe that some parts of the world react badly to what the usa is doing to the world. because being a powerful entity, instead of helping other nations, the usa keeps on working to remain the most powerful nation. so, the poorer nations becomes poorer, while the americans grows richer. just look at china recetly, with its ever growing economy, what does the bush admin do in response to this? all complaints that the chinese are not fair in business. then there are also complaints about human rights. well, if human rights are such an important issue, then there is only one to do - do not buy chinese products. but americans are moving their factories to the east. hmmm... so you see, while the americans see terrorists. out here we see selfish americans!

I think that basically that the American people are good, just as I am sure a majority of Muslims do not subscribe to what their fringe elements are doing. Our government has went off course and stay the course is no longer an option, we need to adjust, and fast or we are going to lose the country to our own fringe of religious right. We really need to move to the middle of the political spectrum, as we did with the elections Nov. 7.

America is not any worse then most countries and certainly not any worse then people in the middle east. We don't strap bombs to our children and hide behind churches/schools. While civilians are killed, we don't target civilians. Child abuse is probably more rampant in the middle east then it is in the US. You talk about violence in the media, they show beheading on Al jazeera. Also, the members of OPEC could teach most Americans something about materialism.

No........Muslims do not have a point.......how do you know they do not have all the things we do? They control their media 100%, maybe they are not allowing anyone outside their world to know. Arabs (muslims) are taught to kill the infidels, whip their wives and children into shape..........etc. I for one think that is horrible also. And democrats are not the only ones responsible for our country's problems, it's the liberal judges that give them light sentences or set them free, because of a technicality or won't let the police do the job they need to do. If we went back to public executions.......crime would drop drastically.......I'd bet on that.

Radical muslims don't have point to call the US Satan. Afterall they're the ones ignorant of the west and for some reason they free freedom and indiviually. Also they're stereotyping. Which makes them no different than any other group who doesn't want to understand the west.
