It's fine as long as you feel secure about it. If you don't like people seeing it then he can just stand by you or hold your hand. It's up to you.. not anyone else.

well you are kind of young.if you love him sure let him hold your waist.but if you like him then you may not want him to do that.but if you feel comfortable like that then let him hold it.
